Books for students
Study after study shows that early reading with children helps them learn to speak, interact, bond with parents and read early themselves, and reading with kids who already know how to read helps them feel close to caretakers, understand the world around them and be empathetic citizens of the world.

Don’t miss out on any of my exciting news.

Bio
My Story
I’ve been working in the Ruidoso Municipal School District since 2013. I started out working for Head Start as an instructional assistant, later becoming a New Mexico Pre-K I.A. I became a lead teacher in the art department at RHS in 2015. In 2019 I made my return to Early Childhood Education, as the School Counselor at Sierra Vista Primary School. I am now a level 2 school counselor in my third year with Sierra Vista Primary School. I have worked the last two years at obtaining my LMHC license for mental health counseling, and received my license Dec. 2021. I plan to continue in furthering my education and career by obtaining my LPCC for clinical counseling.
From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship with my students and families. I’ll work with you to create a customized plan of action for your student. Get in touch to learn more about my vision and counseling approach.
